All live items are shipped by UPS Overnight Shipping. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for Next Day delivery by 12noon. No shipping on Thrusdays and Fridays. Certain remote areas are delivered later in the day.  Processing time for shipment is at least 24 hours and will depend on the day the item is purchased.

For instance if:

• Coral is purchased a Monday before 12 midnight CST, the coral will ship on Tuesday, for Wednesday Delivery to customer

• Coral purchased on Tuesday, the 12 midnight CST the coral will ship Wednesday, for Thrusday Delivery to customer

• Coral purchased on Thursday, the coral will ship the following week on Monday, for Tuesday Delivery to customer

Signature/Proof of Delivery
We do ask for Signature/Proof of Delivery on all our shipments. Upon request, we have the ability to ship without asking for Signature/Proof of Delivery. But that voids our Live Arrival Guarantee


DOA
We use specific packing means necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your live coral. In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must send a very clear digital photo WITHIN 2 hours of delivery. We may ask for you to ship back the deceased animal, so please do not dispose of it. Once we receive the digital photo, and we receive the deceased coral (if applicable), we will issue a store credit. The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We DO NOT offer refunds, we only give credit toward future orders.

Weather
Indo Flexi Aquatics cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your UPS shipment to arrive late. We can hold corals for up to one week once payment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Beyond that, we are not responsible for the coral, and cannot guarantee replacement of the same coral purchased.

Address
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or the buyer not being home to receive delivery.
